I was so satisfied with the product until this day when the 360 Robot app stopped working altogether. It was not connecting with the robot vaccum. I tried to update the app which made things a lot worse. Now I cannot even login to the app. I am so disappointed. Wasted a lot of time trying to get it working. Any plans to fix it ? Update: I was able to login today. Seems to be an issue with your cloud setup. But it is concerning that usage of the robot depends on the stability of your cloud setup.

Great product and great help to brisk clean the house. Does a good job and very easy to use. Obviously if u need a thorough clean you need to use a proper vacuum cleaner but the 360robot cleaner does a great job on brisk mop and clean. It knows how to untangle itself from wires which is amazing sometimes. Very handy app with schedules that can be set to make good use of the cleaner. I run it three times a week and set at 7am, it's quiet and does complete its job.

App is broken. I've been using it for a couple months and today my account said I had 0 devices connected (when I know I have 2). I could not change my vacuum robot settings and the floor maps were missing. I tried to log out and log back in again but now the app complains of a wrong password. I try to reset the password and the app just keep complaining of a javanet error when trying to connect to their servers. Currently the app has been unusable for 24 hours. :/

The vacuum was cleaning perfectly then stopped and said "wifi reset" since April (the second time, first time was on Dec I turnedoff for 2 weeks and then worked perfectly). Today I decided to try to fix the problem. Nothing worked, I went through the app and is impossible to connect to the wifi, I deleted the app and downloaded again. I'm using another wifi and nothing. So is waste on money and I want my money back. I will not recommend this vacuum to no one. Has no factory reset either.

Updates: I was able to login and app now works fine. Original review: I was really satisfied with the app as well as with the vacuum up until today. The app stopped working. I tried to restart it and update it. I uninstalled it and install it back again.The things got worse. I can't login anymore. When I type the verification code it just doesn't log me in. I got the Javanet socket timeout exception error on my phone

App is OK. It is just that I'm afraid of the security features of it. I didn't try to move it to my new phone because it was such an unbelievable hassle to get it working on my old phone. So I kept my old phone! And now I use my old phone to run my vacumn! I would stay away from 360. There is something wack about how they do things.

Had been working fine and suddenly today asked me to login which took non-gmail address to receive - I have then tried binding multiple times and it just freezes at 99%.. 01/08/21 - in case of help for others, i found that my router was blocking access to i.360.cn which is a phone home website in china - as soon as I disabled this block then the device magically reappeared as online and is working great again. Obviously I would prefer local only and they must have changed with new update..

Very often having problems connecting to the network. It notified me that the network is abnormal but the online speed test doesn't say that. So annoying to reconnect the device all the time! And today I can't even log in. The stupid pattern verification just didn't work!

After using the app for almost a month with no issues, it stopped working today. I'm unable to access my robot vacuum through the app. I tried logging out and now can't even log back in due to server errors. I'm about to return this vacuum.
