The workouts are super simple just one day and i can already feel the burn in my thighs. It starts with hip workout but you have to watch three separate videos to unlock the 30 day squats and 30 day lunges and the 8 min abs. It has a 30 day work out routine with days of rest but here are my issues. 1. I dont mind watching the ads as long as I dont have to do it again. 2. I cannot track my progress or enter my height and weight like its blank. I click the weight and nothing. Thats the big one馃槨

When I try to start the workout it always shows an add and the workout starts while the add is playing and I can't skip the add right away and it plays before I can start.

Today it was my first time using this app but jeez everything went so bad with my day one exercises I've been doing fire hydrants for like 19 times but when i check on the plan there are other exercises 7 exercises that I should do but when I click start yeerrrrr鈽狅笍its fire hydrants for like 19 time and now im really mad with this app馃槫
