    The app is generally good. The voice is just normal text to speech, so a bit mechanic. The app has some spelling errors, it says weight "lose" instead of weight loss, "congratulation" instead of congratulations. Also the squat counter is way to fast. The UI and animations are good.

    I can do 3-10 reps for every one of theirs. Even if I slow 🐌 WAY down and focus on form there is like 10 seconds for each side crunch. Then on the squats it went WAY too fast! I like the exercises and set up...the timing is just terrible
