My first day experience was so 👎 bad. I was blocked from sending messages to my friends. I was told to verify to 55508 which I did but didn't deliver. I changed my number believing it was the number. It still didn't deliver in another line. I research online if I could see options since there was no immediate response at 2go. I saw 35350. Sent the message to verify my number, I was charged, I still got nothing 🙃, no result. I still can't send messages.I hope you reply to this, give solution.

I've been using this app for many years. And I can say that it is good. But my problem is that I can buy credit. Not everybody has credit card. And that is the only option to get 2go credit. Please let the 2go developer include other options to buy 2go credit, as it was done in time past via text message. If that is done, then I will give it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 stars! For now manage just 1 🌟, until something is done about it.

Been using this app for years and it really has improved a lot. Account verification is kinda difficult in Nigeria, don't know why. Also, put some detailed info about chats, for example which room you added a person from or if the person was added by username, indicate how long you've been friends with a particular contact e.t.c. That being said, seems you guys don't even go through reviews anymore

2GO! One of the very best social networking platform from the days of looooong ago. It used to be really cool to make new friends and connect with people from cross countries and the rest. I most especially enjoyed the room feature where you can actually narrow down the friendship lane to people of the same locality etc. I loved your app and still love it. Beautiful app with ugly experience. What's the use of the app if I can't chat in a room due to none availability on gocredit. It's clear that payment is declined with Nigerian cards so with all the complaints it would have been expected to be resolved with probably an alternative method of payment yet nothing. It's annoying to burn data downloading what you can't use. However I love 2go because of the impact and friendship it offered me between 2012 and 2015.

Very disappointing app. I've been a 2go user for a long time. Used to rate this app. I forgot my password tried recovering through forget password,it has never worked yet my account has many go credits . Your email support even does not respond to emails

Dear 2Go, you know we that we all love you, I remember when I buy 2nd phone an dedicate 1 phone 2go just to increase my star level. My problem with 2go now is the gocredits option now is not good at all, at least we enjoy buying gocredits with recharge card. Another thing I don't enjoy is how to get friends an add, please do it like facebook that you can see people you may know. That's why we allowed our location access, I give you access to my location an I can't find friend in my location.

I can't verify my account... Tried sending the sms.. But always showing failed even when I have airtime You guys should also work on 2go 2go should have been different Left 2go 5 years ago and today it still the same.. No update, I mean no new features. Just same old 2go

The app new update is good But I will suggest that they should remove that gocredit of an option Or they should add other payment others for younger ones... If that gocredit is removed People will continue using the app for messaging like before Gocredit spoiled everything They should make it like Facebook or WhatsApp I can't make that payment cuz using a verve card And it's only accept visa and Mastercard..... So please the teams should look in it.....
