2Do lets you take a completely different approach to managing your tasks. It's extremely simple to use, and makes available desktop-class, power-user features to meet those daily goals. There is no wrong way of using 2Do, and unlike other to-do apps, it won't force you into following a particular task management methodology.

2Do is a non-expiring FREE, full-featured, offline to-do app with all its functions enabled, with the exception of Cloud Sync, Backups Alert notifications and Markdown notes, which are part of a 14-day trial. You can unlock these permanently at any time with a one-time only in-app purchase. After the trial period, all features on display will continue to function fully.

I was really excited about this app, especially when I saw all the buzz it was getting. But it is so feature packed I'm having a hard time figuring it out. I've even watch the videos and still can't find how to sync between my phone and laptop-a feature that is always free on good apps (& I have found many statements from reviewers saying it is free) but when I try to do it I'm told it's a paid feature only... I'm hoping I am just missing it.

Easy to use & effective way to organize tasks. I make different categories - work, home, school - then pop in tasks or lists. Easy to add things on the go. Love the reminder and due date features. The reminders pop up on my notifications. So, you can set them to come up first thing or at the time you need to do them. So it can work as a task list or even an appointment reminder.. Love that it lives on my phone - no connection needed. Great app!

Surprisingly powerful and flexible. Does not force you into any one way of sorting or viewing your stuff. Impressive regarding how much it lets you do without overwhelming you in terms of the UI. Features like markdown support, CSV export, and syncing to Dropbox and other cloud services put this in the professional League. This is a mature product that nonetheless remains true to a coherent design vision, rather than being a mishmash of conflicting features. Well done.

It's very detailed, i haven't figured everything or even close to everything out yet. I didn't go through the tutorial as i didn't have time at the time of initially setting it up, but i look forward to figuring it out some day

i bought the full version and I'm not really the type to pay for apps. this thing is literally helping me get my life together. can't recommend highly enough.

When using widget if you tap on "checklist" task, app opens in edit task mode. No way to see subtasks from widget. Dealbreakers: no dark theme, only one level of sub-tasks (via lists). Otherwise pretty complete and powerful app.

I have tried numerous task managers over the years in search of that one that hits the balance between simplicity and more in-depth functionality without the dreaded subscription fees and have failed to find one... Until now! 2Do is the holy grail of all task managers, whether you just want a simple checklist or fully fledged projects. 2Do is so flexible and customisable that it has genuinely helped me manage my life and business. A special mention to the developers must be made, I had a few queries and all I can say is that the level of support and the speed of their response was second to none. They care passionately about 2Do and their customers user experience. The biggest deciding factor for me is that 2Do is a one-off purchase and not subscription based which again the developers have also voiced their disapproval of subscriptions. This again shows that the developers care more about the quality and integrity of the product and customer experience rather than trying to make a quick buck. I can't recommend 2Do highly enough, buy it now, you won't regret it!

I purchased this app years ago and it was full featured when I purchased it. But now I am getting an UPGRADE offer and now my app limited. I hate when companies like this one do immoral things like this. Just for extra cash. I will no longer be using this app as I do not want to be associated with this kind of company. If I could give it a negative score, I would. Shame on you.

DON'T BUY THE PRO VERSION. I had put 1 star previously now I put 2 stars because it's getting a little better BUT the developer is still very slow to update this app. He's always saying: "I will add it to our Wish list" BUT nothing comes.

All in all a good app with some improvements before I would consider. I cannot drag tasks of a project to change order, location reminder gives API errors, dark mode, dark mode, dark mode! And I would really expect a Web version for quick entering and project management. Trying to manage it all from a phone or tablet is really limiting. Focus mode is very cool, projects, tasks and checklists are really done well, it just needs some polishing.
