Works pretty good some of the time. And other times it'll just refuse to process your transactions. The app even forced me to buy a different plan that I didn't want simply because I was in a hurry and just needed something that would actually go through. Also with no way to reach support through the app itself if you encounter a problem there really isn't much you can do about it. Overall needs some serious work.

Wow, I used to love 2 degrees when I would visit home. Always supported the underdog up against the big boys but this time their product has been substandard. My calls sometimes drop off. Internet usage has been extremely slow and my phone never seems to ring, just goes to voicemail for any incoming calls. Up your game 2 degrees or continue to lose your customer base. 😡

I brought a $60 plan that promoted half price for the first 3x months then you pay $60 for the last 3x months which was altogether a 6x month contract. Now I gotta go into the 2 degrees store to sort this problem out. Rated a 2 because as a customer I expected more from 2 degrees...

I topped up 10$ to add data, the app didn't work, I resetted my phone, when I turned it back on it consumed 1cent!!!! HOW????? Then I added another 10$ and it is still not processing the purchase of the data pack!! FRUSTRATING AGAIN!! PEOPLE - DO NOT USE THE APP - IT IS USELESS - if you really need- go to a physical store

Great app but I think you should add a feature that allows you to use Google play Ballence to pay on the data clock
