Edit:Will not allow me to find or choose the exact address that I need. While waiting for 1 taxi today it was rejected, I ordered another and 2 taxis came at the same time. No option to request travel with pets. Original post. GPS doesn't always pick up correct street address. Impossible to order more than 1 taxi at a time if travelling in groups. No longer cars at ranks now drivers are using the app. I've used taxi apps in various other countries without any issues, not very user friendly

Arrived in Cala N Bosch, downloaded the app. First time using taxi arrived within 5 minutes. Every time since I've waited 20 minutes with no response, cancelled and ended up walking. Complete waste of time.

Taxi never came, had to call another. I assume this app is still in use? Apart from that nice easy to use app.

Taxi cancels everytime. I have never succeeded in getting a taxi with this app. You can not rely on this service

Gets cancelled a lot. Booked a Taxi that came but due to being near a taxi rank picked someone else up, when we asked the driver about this he was rude an swore. Left a bad review when asked to rate. Now it seems I am blocked from the app as it says I cannot connect to server. Such a stupid pointless app. Used hotels ect to book taxi from then on.
