App WAS working fine until about a week or so ago. Now, it doesn't get past the opening logo before it crashes - leaving it completely useless. I currently have to login to the website using a browser which, although doable, is a pain when you're trying to see your balance quickly. (YES- I tried "force stop" ; YES- I tried uninstall/reinstall)

sometimes doesn't load and I have to restart the app a few times, other than that, it is fairly easy to use. [UPDATE] App has been greatly improved and I haven't had to do the restart since. Have absolutely nothing to complain about and is so much better than US Bank or the Money Network.

Very nice upgrade over the old thus far! It's a complete overhaul and will take some getting used to but compared to the last, it looks promising. The fresh UI is superb. It's not without it's hiccups though. So far I cam across an issue when I'm the notifications options menu; I try to go back to the notification main and instead, it backs me all the way out to the main settings menu. Other than that little issue, that's all. I'll need to tinker with it more and report back :)

New app is pretty with lots of glitter and stuff, but if it does not work well it is useless, this is the 5th time that I have had to uninstall the app and re-install. The pin function takes me directly into the Neverending wasteland of the unknown. This is a serious problem for those of us who do 98% of our banking online. Seriously I have considered changing banking establishments due to this. Please take heed and fix it before you lose several members.

Login fixed! Great! 2 more stars available when multiple alltru user accounts can be used (the old app did it) (we can add other institutions but not yours) ...old review below... Must FULL LOGIN again! !FIX THE PIN LOGIN ALREADY! Pin function doesn't work. Harder to go from one person to another in this app than the old - isnt set up for multiple people at all.

Super glitchy. Great "upgrade" guys! I enter my security code and go into a black hole of endless rolling dots. Please fix this so I can do my online banking on my phone again! Update. They released an update this week! Still doesn't work. 1 star stands.

I've had nothing but problems. The temporary password doesn't work. No way to log in and customer service has been entirely unhelpful. Always giving me the same process for the same results - no ability to log in. I hate it.

The app is pretty good. However, I had an issue when I enabled snapshot mode. It essentially was preventing me from going into detailed views about each specific account. I had to uninstall and reinstall not checking snapshot mode to resolve the matter.
