The notification in the app is terribly hopeless. Sometimes it will notify you in the middle of a call, sometimes never at all, sometimes it will notify you on time. Its like you have to sit with the phone in your hands at all time to make sure you dont miss a patient. Terrible.

Overall great service. The app definitely needs some improvement (1) the size limit of photos need to be increased. Lot of pts have issue sending pic because of that (2) for new chats n pics, u need to always go back n reopen the chat to read new messages

Good app for doctors....needs improvement 1) informing the patient at the time of order that they will receive a call from +9111 number or so ....and not to block it in true caller so that it saves time for doctors...as half of the call by doctors are blocked by truecaller or patient cuts the call 2)in E-Rx template providing option for template of HOPI and diagnosis too.....as many patients have the same diagnosis.

They're basically making fraud with doctors. Encouraging to upload documents and details from doctors in return of patients. But nothing. After every documents and details uploaded they will stop communicating you. Just made a platform big enough to be sold to big players like TATA. Nothing else.

Purpose is good , but app need a lot of work to work smooth. A few suggestions Video call interface is slow Photos and reports uploaded take long to show up , and we need to download it also , which adds up to waste of storage innour phone , also not right for pt data to be stored on our phone, please redesign such that we can see the photos or report in the app itself without downloading The pt list is so messed up , never arranges in chronological order , we always need to filter it.
