They give you a different amount during ordering. Then they split your order and if you check, then there is an increased amount payable. Please check the amount you are going to pay with the amount when you ordered. Moreover, there is no benefit of their care plan as the order is still received after 3-4 days. Not expected this from a group like Tata

It is a great app and service, no doubt. 2 problems I have faced so far. 1. Just like health records, there is should be an option to store invoices as well for any consultation/prescription/test bills. Also, for health records there is no option to download saved records as well. Saving as screenshots as well. 2. When you chat with doctor, it always ask to rate the consultation after every comment from the doctor. Instead, it should ask us to rate when the consultation is over.

I've been buying a lot & things have improved since of late. However, there seems to be some glitch in the app for which I have chatted and also spoken with CustCare, but the issue isn't resolved. Certain product always says cannot ship to this address, though in recent past it was shipped to same address. Also, it can ship to one area in Mumbai but says cannot ship to another nearby area. This is happening last 9 months. Very frustrating

App is ok but cancelled orders will take 5-7 business days, sometime 14 days excluding Saturday, Sunday, banking and national holidays to refund our amount, which will screw us for blocking this amount.. please be cautious before ordering in this 1mg app..! Custom service will revert saying refund has been initiated against Order I'd... This is the standard time taken by bank, their response is over.. Don't use this worst app....!!!!😡

Every thing is o. K, but delivery is very bad. On 3rd day packet reached to Vijayawada from Bangalore as per the tracking of your app. but even after 4 days of receiving to Vijayawada package has been not delivered and it is stated in message given to me that the address is not available and could not contacted to the customer on phone is wrong and misleading. I have been in my house since last 4 days and I never moved out of my house even for 5 minits.

Update: Doubt on rating may be fake. I got bug and workaround for it, and placed order again. But this time Amount debited and app says payment not received. # First payment stuck. After sometime, it was approved but uoloaded prescription was missing. Cancelled order and try again, but app doesn't show items in cart, if i tried to add items from last cancelled order. Great. Bad experience. Its better to buy from my usual appollo shop, at least payment, prescription are not problems.

The app is well designed as per medical need of people. But on my first order , a few items were cancelled after confirmation of order. I think if the items are not available , they should not be booked . Overall the experience is not bad. The app gives good amount of discount. But it needs improvement.

Disappointed with service always delays in medicine. Above 499rs still take delivery charges. Making fools to customers also on offer. They makes offer as customers couldn't afford it as high rates medicine also in comparison to other medicines app. I suggest go for others medicine apps .we are not free to answer your questions every time. First change yourself and your policy then say to others.

Extremely dissatisfied by there service. I ordered some medicines from the app. Later, my order was split in parts and was cancelled one by one because it was "out of stock". And i didn't even get the my full refund from them. Medicines should not be shown in stock if you don't have it in your inventory. And I still haven't received my full refund.

I think they don't grasp the value of medicine because they're so bad at providing it. I ordered a prescription for my son on October 5th, and the estimated delivery date was originally set for October 6 to 8, but when I checked today, it had been altered to October 10. You guys need to learn supply chain management from other e-commerce platforms that can deliver even a pair of underwear the next day... what a pity
