Useless app. Limited items available, no free shipping, few or none discounts, bad customer service experiences, cannot directly chat with seller and many more! Warning! Don't buy the Presto Gift Card because you will end up with limited items to buy. I used to buy Petronas voucher from this app but recently Presto removed the voucher and now my Presto balance left hanging there. Can't withdraw the balance also. Very bad!

Not recommended at all. You will be regret buying things from here;- 1. Customer service very poor, no action taken even you already report. 2. Delivery soo late, even though you paying expensive fee for delivery. 3. System so poor. Conclusion, you will be regret shoping here. Thank you!

Presto didn't take responsibility to check the availability of item sold on its flatform. After taking your money still will take ages to refund around 21 days, whereas other online will only take 7 days to process. Not recommended to do online purchase on this site at all. I'm going to report to BNM & police....worst online experience ever. No respond from representative at all

1. Please provide a clearer description on the presto credits after cancellation of order. Where to check…etc. 2. Lousy apps interface. How many times need to press on the back button to go back to main page after reviewing the order status? 3. Could not message seller to ask further questions on the products? This is making the shopping experience looks boring.
