    Loved the book. Inspired by his story. So far the app looks very well made and thought out. My only issue is $99 all at once is too much for me so I likely won't know whether this app is good or not as I don't know that I can continue past my trial period. Quarterly payments would have been nice option so I could see if I'd utilize the modules or enjoy the content.

    A great meditation app. Added humor and solid narrated meditations. The paid subscription gives you access to tons of content. And there is a 40% off deal is you subscribe in the first 24 hours or something. If you plan on meditating every day its totally worth it. There are tons of categories to work through. And the app itself works well and is easy to navigate.

    Incredible app, I'm sure it's worth the 99.99 a year but there are a lot of free meditations to try out. Great meditation teachers!!!! Dan Harris's book is great, and his podcast is a gem! Thanks Dan and Joseph!!!! Be simple and easy!

    I don't know what I'd do without this app. I've learned more not just about how to meditate but more importantly I've learned how to manage my feelings and improve my relationships. I've been using it daily for three months and regularly turn to it when life becomes challenging. If I have a difficult encounter and feel a flood of negative emotions, I choose a meditation or a talk that fits, and I learn how to deal with it and I calm down. I wish I had this all my life.

    This is the best meditation app I've used. The structure of having a little video to explain a mindfulness topic (as an interview with a seasoned practitioner) followed by a meditation really works for me. I've tried other apps (notably Headspace), and none kept me coming back day after day like 10% Happier.

    Great app. The reason for 3 stars is that there's no timer! Guided meditations are great but not a lot of silence. Please add a timer so users have the option sitting without using a different app for longer silent meditations.

    Fabulous! I've been meditating off and on for 6 years. This app has really helped me make it a daily habit finally! I avoided trying it for a long time because I didn't want another technology related thing in my life I guess and I thought I should be able to do it on my own. But what a great decision to start it!!! Even my 13 hear old son told me I've been more patient lately and I've only been using the app faithfully for a month. I really feel like this is a turning point for me.

    I had to change my rating from 5 stars to 3. There are A LOT of meditation options in this app, almost too many. When I'm looking for a going to sleep session, there are so many to choose from, it becomes overwhelming for me. I can appreciate offering many different options but it ends up being too many and taking the time to sort through them l and work with a coach to find what works...exhausting so I stopped using the app. So if I'm not using the app, $100 was too much to pay.

    Not only do I really enjoy this app because it is guiding me through the process of becoming more mindful of internal and external stimuli, I also love the diversity of the app. You can be very disciplineed about the process or completely be chill about it. When I set up my membership, I want expecting to really like the additional talks about sleep, food, commuting, etc. This app is absolutely worth $100 a year.

    So far I like the app. I can tell a lot of work went into creating it, but 7 day trial isn't long enough for me to know if it's worth the steep price of $100 a year. I just don't know if there's going to be enough content to cover a year. Also I've never been that big of a meditator to drop so much money. I hope the price comes down significantly. I would love to try more meditation in my life.

    Best meditation app I've tried. Good for those who are put off by animations and a gamified style. I like that there's a wide variety of teachers and courses. Very accessible for beginners but also covers topics and challenges for experienced meditators. Provides practical, accessible solutions for common challenges. And the support team is excellent. The cost is on par with comparable apps, and as much as one month of yoga where I live. Worth the cost.

    I am doing the 21 day Challenge and have only missed one day so far. After each session I am beginning to understand how important it is to take time for myself each day (not something I normally do ) Daily sessions are informative, some I like more than others. Also like the daily reminders. Once the challenge is over I will surely continue on my new journey.

    There is a great variety in content, including talks and meditations for just about any topic that interests you. I've tried other meditation/mindfulness apps but found them to be more limited and impersonal, whereas I feel like there is custom content from different speakers for whatever I need on any given day! I've very much enjoyed it so far!

    The paradox of choice kicks in with this app... it's just too much - it stresses me out to have to choose a session. Having to many options vying for a user's attention runs counter to the mindfulness this app is supposed to help achieve. And I find the videos as a default in most sessions as extremely annoying.

    I really wanted to like this app. I have read Dan's book a couple times and really enjoyed his journey from skeptic to somewhat of a believer in the benefits of meditation. I was hoping to enhance my practice with some new ideas. Unfortunately the guided meditations are just too guided for me. Rarely does even 20 seconds go by without the 'teacher' chiming in. Too much talking.

    I find this app extremely useful. I used Headspace for 2 years, and it wasn't bad, but I find myself meditating far more regularly with 10% happier. There is a variety of teachers and approaches which is useful. Some of the meditations have too much talking which defeats the purpose in my mind. On the whole though probably the best meditation app I have used so far.

    Fantastic content from the masters. I really love this app. The content that is there is excellent and they are always adding more. I find the app easy to use with a great layout. There is an unguided timer when you just want silence too. I've been using this app for about a year and my enthusiasm has not diminished at all.

    Absolutely wonderful app for meditation. Especially for beginners. I have tried multiple apps and I think this is the most helpful for providing tools to help with day to day life such as difficult emotions, relationship issues, anxiety, etc. Also great for people who just need to relax every now and again, and there are specific guided sleep practices. I have no complaints. I disagree with people who complain about the price. Everyone just wants things free nowadays.

    This app has been a great help in keeping my meditation practice regular. The no nonsense approach as well as the vast amount of content and different instructors keeps me interested and coming back for more everyday. After using it for nearly a year my one criticism is that all of the courses are aimed at beginners which is a little frustrating if you want to get deeper.

The teaching seems honest and very real world, I love the humour, anytime meditation comes up in a conversation I open this app to show what it is all about.

    There is free content and there is paid content within the app. It's obvious a lot of time and energy went into making this app to deliver quality content. I've only been using this app for a few days and I've already integrated several of the key concepts into my real world life.     I thought this app is great and cool but when i found out that this app is more like a Business App( aims to get much money from subscribers ). Very few contents are available for free.But the rest are so pricing in high! So.. i'd not recommend this app to those who can't afford bcoz Great teachers do not care much of money even though contents in this app are great.. and shared by the pros. * Learn from the Real Masters, Monks or Meditators.. you'll get great ideas and experience for free too!

    The app frequently hangs up. Often, I do not know that it has happened for several minutes. I don't have this problem with any free apps I have installed. That makes it that much more aggravating for an app that has a $100 annual subscription fee. It's not making me ten percent happier, it's making me angrier.

    I had this app last year but ended up uninstalling it because I wasn't really sure where to start. I'm taking the 15 day challenge now, and really look forward to sitting down and taking 10-15 minutes to just be still and look inside.     Great app! Has really helped me to understand meditation and make it a part of my life. I would really like to see a meditation timer so that if I decide to meditate on my own it still counts towards my collected stats (streak, mindful minutes, and meditations per week) I have not purchased the subscription so am not sure if this exists beyond the pay wall. All that being said, the free/basic portion of the app is amazing.

    I have used multiple mindfulness apps and this is by far my favorite. It is incredibly easy to use and it looks clean. The classes are great and I love how they build on the previous day. There is something for everyone no matter if you're a beginner or pro.

    I started with 21 day challenge, it has definitely help settle and relax me before going to sleep. My mind is more clear and my focus is being channelled in a positive direction.     I love how open and accessable this program is. The basis of mindfulness is to experience life in a nonjudgmental way, but so many self help programs are telling you exactly what you need to change and how. Even many mindfulness programs do this. Ironic! The 10% program goes out of its way to guide you to find your way without judgement. Breath through my nose? Yes. Or exhale though my mouth? Sure. Just breath and be conscious of that. Special clothes? Not necessary but sure if you want.

    I've joined for the New Years Challenege. I agree that the "free" version should be limited however having access to at least one or 2 guided meditations with in different categories would be helpful. Also, I've invited a bunch of clients from my business to join the challenege with me thinking we could see each others profile just as we can see Dan's but we are unable too. I'm guessing this is another paid feature. Kind of disappointed in the challenege features.

    Enjoy the variety of meditation teachers and the variety of styles. Splitting guided meditation into different topics is helpful. Each meditation has a learning portion to it that I like, and this learning can be skipped - also appreciated. Like how the app is interactive and that it is easy to ask questions and get feedback.

    Excellent guided meditation app for both beginners and practiced meditators. Many free, basic lessons from some of the most gifted teachers in the field. Teachings cover a variety of practices including mindfulness, compassion, loving kindness, identifying emotions, and dealing with strong reactions. Highly recommended.

    I like the meditations I can actually access, but there is very little available for free and a yearly subscription to open more is not affordable. It's too bad, really.
