I've left several reviews about you guys messing my account up(last year/year before) as you rebranded (earlier the same year) rendering me unable to get into my email for weeks and then to resolve you made me a new one with the same details. After logging in a find none of my business emails from the last few years are there as it's blank. After asking for help and going in circles I got no where. My Hotmail account from age 13 still has my emails. Why are these unretrievable?

Email layout is fine, not able to close sub folders in the app though so I have to scroll through 100 or so inbox subs to get to draughts or sent mail. Like how the search function covers sent/received though.

Cannot send images attched... seem the problem is with the app. Mail always stays in outbox and never sent. Web version on the contrary works flawlessly. Use app just for notification, than proceed with web version. Hope the app could be fixed in the future.
