Driver arrived extremely late despite the taxi being pre-booked, was unapologetic and then caused me to miss a train and lose close to £100. No option to submit a detailed complaint or request a refund. Absolutely no excuse for service this poor. Digraceful.

At first I entered a nonUK phone number and didn't get the PIN code. If it doesn't work with nonUK phone numbers it's kind of weird you get a choice for country code

I have been unable to add my card to the app. Whenever I try, the card authentication service tries to redirect back to the app, but this just hangs. Clicking the link doesn't help either.

Great taxi service, but I cannot get the app to work at all. It just displays the loading animation on the home screen forever.

I use 001 taxis all the time, the drivers are generally friendly, the app works good and they now test your card I guess to stop over charging, I still don't them the cheapest taxi company.
