UPDATE: Manual sync seems to work now. However, my weight no longer displays in the Activities > Month view. There is a graph with horizontal lines from 151 to 160 pounds. I'm 146 pounds and so my weight never displays on the graph. Is that a bug or feature? No instructions on how to fix that. Still buggy. Knocking off one star for that bug. At 66 years old, I'm quite fit and use these tools to stay fit. Polar Flow and Polar Vantage M have been a good investment for my health.

Worst product ever. Very frustrating experience with my V650 not connecting to the app. Nothing seems to be working properly. Always connection issues. I went through all the steps from the support page but this seems outdated. Eventually disconnected my V650 from my account to try to pair again, but this can only be done via the web. And the web does not and will never support OS 11.0 or higher (this is Polar's statement) so here I am stuck with a useless device...

I purchased the H10. The hardware is very good. There are two apps that polar provides: Polar Beat and Polar Flow. The Polar Beat app has a great interface but does not sync with the cloud. Polar flow interface is not as polished but does synch with the cloud. Once your data is on the cloud you can dowload one workout at a time to a csv file. In short, good hardware but consistent/reliable documentation for the H10 is lacking and the synch issues between Polar Beat and cloud data lose one star.

Well the app would be really good but I would use it with the H10 heart rate monitor and unfortunately whenever I lock my screen it stopps recording my heart rate. When the screen is on then all is good and the heart rate is recorded. This makes the app rather impractical!

Is nice app and I find it easy to use. But is any way we can have a bit of different set up for distance and weather. UK is mix of imperial and metric and we don't use Fahrenheit for weather but we use miles.

Every new update just ruins something previously working. Not able to sync since i updated the app today. Uninstall, install, force stop... and still the watch starts syncing and then gives failure. Used to work perfectly when i joined polar group. Please don't release uodates which were not tested before.

really disappointed that the app is so poor in connecting. you would expect the leader in heart rate monitoring to at least settle the linking of the watch and the. phone.... never connected on the 1st try in the 4 yrs I using

Auto syncing would be a great feature. Especially when battery power is low and syncing just doesn't work (which is sometimes missed due to manual syncing).

Always took a minute or more to sync (compared to Garmin's instant), randomly stopped syncing automatically, and now won't sync manually. Very disappointed.

My M430 would never connect to Polar Flow on my Oppo phone. Phone’s Bluetooth does see the watch and suggests to pair, but the app does not see it.
