Everything is behind a paywall. Unfortunately, there seems to be minimal women in the UK. I am in Derby & all the women seem to be +30 miles away. I also couldn't find information on how to delete my account and profile. Obviously the designer's know there are issues, so they just want to make as much money as possible to pay off the investors. Good in principle but terribly managed. Stay away & especially don't pay for subscription.

So the idea behind this app is great but in practice you get very little interaction from anyone on here. You may get a like if you are really lucky and maybe a brief conversation but that's about it. I have used this app on and off for a couple of years now and I have just given up on it now. Barely met anyone though it and it's just absolutely riddled with fake scam profiles now. If you get attention from a profile from a very attractive Asian girl you are almost certainly talking to a scammer

Plenty of matches. Though it feels like most of the profiles are fake or abandoned. And that shortlist thing. 🤣 Close to 3 times no ty every single day. It's like when you run out of profiles that could be of interest. Then you just fill with BS. As if you have to make it no matter what. And that is a nuisance.

It's nice app but gives limits on swipe unlike tinder which unlimited even if you have basic subscription. It doesn't also give you filter on age which makes it hard because I end up swiping left on many people who are not close to my age and that lower my chances finding someone close to my age. I think they need to work little bit on this app. The reason for any app success, is the app not putting too many limits which makes more people more likely to use and start to be popular.

The app is so annoying. It matches you with random people you never liked. Its creepy. And guys, dont buy those flash notes, girls defently dont want to be contacted with random guys they havent even matched with. The flash notes are dumb and the commercials are stupid. I also get matched with people in a different country that is pointless, even if I put my settings to nearby. So annoying.

The idea of the app itself is good but too many fake profiles for an app that makes you think you are actually crossing paths with the person in real life. The Fake profiles would all say that they don't use the app often and wants to add on Whatsapp, they won't respect the reason you don't want to exchange numbers and don't want to continue talking on the app. Then I see another profile of the same person but different name and age ha! I couldn't be bothered anymore. Waste of time. App deleted

This thing is so bad it hurts my soul, because the basic premise is solid. First, the app practically wants you to married to it with its payment plans. There are no week or day options. Second, it's just really slow. Third, you cannot filter by distance, hope you were looking for people 80+ miles away. Fourth, these are the lowest effort profiles of all time, and there's no filter. Fifth, I have never unlocked that shortlist because swiping yes on 100 users I have no interest in is scummy.

Subscribed for service via loggin in via mobile number, changed mobile installed app and there is no login via mobile option. Sent mail to their support team to activate my existing subscription, they were expected to reply in 48 hours, I wonder if they even know to see the number of hours . So annoying !!

Worst experience ever After paying for premium account, they had block.my account n more over not responding on unblocking the same, total waste of money..if you paid for happn subscription than they simple forget you give you zero service...pls.beware before paying for subscription of happn....inface don't subscribe...they don't even reply on your mail...can give screenshot all mail sent to happn team but no reply from them...it's fake app n their target is to get money from Indian people...

Most useless app...Very expensive ... customer base is zero...app features void and zero...it should be free to make customer base in beginning...I used it first time in 2018... useless that time and till now useless only difference is price is more higher
