Very misleading and confusing app. You select where you want to park, which it confirms and then asks you for money. This ISNT to pay for your space, it just goes into a wallet. You then have to use this money to pay for the space. Stupidly I didn't understand this and received a €45 fine. I still have €5 in my wallet which is useless!

UPDATED: The team responded to my query within few days and refunded the outstanding app amount. As a recommendation to the developer, I would suggest that this service is made available in the app, otherwise the app is easy to use and they have good customer service. OLD: Tried using the app to pay for parking in an area where machine was broken. I had to pay 1.50 but couldn't do it without topping up at least 5 euro. Now I cannot get my funds back and this app isn't usable for other areas.

Simple, functional, efficient. Is FANTASTIC to not waste money on parking by finalizing when you get to car then getting refunded cost of time not used. As well extend your ticket time because its taking longer than anticipated, all with your phone.

Convenient parking app but no way to remove the primary card that I can find, or designate a new card as the primary card. You can only remove additional cards.

The app should offer the option to cancel a ticket once you're leaving... I keep seeing "occupied" spaces because people can't cancel them once they left

Worst app ever! I got my card blocked because of it! You have extremely limited payment methods and those are not working! I wasted 45 minutes trying to buy a f***ing ticket! The machines from the parking lot allow to buy tickets but with limited time and I didn't wanted to have to go back to the car just to buy another one! And they responded that I need the 2-step verification which guess what, I have but still not working. Basically they just try to make you to be faulty. The app sucks!

This application doesn't let you pay just for the amount you need on the parkimeter. You need to add at least 10 euros to the balance. So it is scam-like app for a 1 time use as you cannot get back the money you don't spend. It is not hard to implement a pay what you need method, so these "refill with minimum amount" apps should be forbidden.

Do not download this app unless you have a credit or debit card that uses Euros. You cannot pay for parking until you load at least 10 Euros into your "wallet." I used my US credit card which defaulted to $10 (USD). But, it wouldn't let me pay with those funds because they weren't Euros...support never wrote me back, and I had to email them multiple times to get my $10 back since I couldn't use the app. It took a WEEK and contacting the developer directly to get my money back. Do not recommend.
