Deleted - Game won't open on Honor 10. Have been playing for over 5 years and the latest updates have prevented the game from loading. Was otherwise working fine, except the usual glitches. Constant updates, tonnes of bugs, terrible support. This should be a 4-5* app; there is a lot of depth to this game, and in many ways is better than CoC and it's rivals but too much content is hidden behind a paywall, all items are dreadful value and sometimes it randomly crashes out or no pay out from videos

I've been playing for a little over a year and have founds its slowed right down when building and to gather resources. Getting attacked every other day helps no one and loses you much needed resources. The only way to advance without spending an excisive amount of time grinding is to be willing to spend money that does not garatee you'll get ahead anyway. Unless your willing to pay to play or grind through look else where.

After the new update the game is s..t. !!!The phone freezing down and when I attack back, is the same freezing:((( I lost too much special troops, medals and ranking with the freezing!! Nevee had!! also the videos doesn't work! If it does the phone freezing again! And I loosing too much! Also for the new ranking bull s..t I just simply loose too much. New players will advance much slower even if they pay for it:/ it would be nice and fair if I would get my units back at least! Thank u

I would have given 5 stars but due to a specific problem im giving it 4 stars only. The speed ups are not working at all. When i try to use it. It tells me connection error. Yet, as i tap on the try again button it still tells me connection error. Also when i tap on try again button multiple times its still the same. As for the latest update V9.7.5 ,what a lie. This specific problem is still not fixed at all. @Big Huge Games, inc, please fix this bug imidiately. The speed ups are not working.

The same issues are present in this game as in 2015, pathfinder ect, loosing troops , cards, kicked out in battle, all the while they make empty promises to fix ....and..... Don't fix ,infarct they keep making new stuff , rather than fixing the game ,

Love this game, but some things just don't make sense. For example, how come I always get attacked by higher level players, but when I attack, I never find lower ranked players than me. This is a major turn off, and as a result, defending is almost impossible.

This game is STILL CONSTANTLY CRASHING! now for over 4 weeks. iv got the latest updates and a new up to date laptop from office works! iv paid alot of money for items and updates in this game and im not getting what iv paid for! iv made several reports but nothing is being done! i want a refund for all the money iv paid because again im not getting what iv paid for! this game is no longer playable! if i do not get my refund i will take legal action!

It takes 24 hours for generals to recover it takes 3 hours to train tactics and an hour to train troops if you don't click every couple minutes it says "are you there" you get kicked and attacked you lose your generals for 24 hours and you lose all your stuff that you worked for they seriously need to extend the timeout. It's ridiculous I just lost all my generals again went to use the bathroom quickly was gone a couple minutes only I used to spend tons of money but got sick of this

After the update, the game closes after 1-2 minutes. Although the update is done, the update screen keeps coming, I uninstall and install the game again, but the result is still the same.

My player ID is 34229872, the game wony let me play in my old account I had to start all over, whenever I log into my old account it say I'm facing network problems but with the new account it seems to work fine except for some little problems but it's still frustrating cause in my old account my game is quite far
